Apperance: Eric has a typical athletic build, short brown hair, brown eyes, and a mustache. He is never seen without his briefcase, which he always brings to ringside with him. His wrestling attire consists of a black singlet with a green dollar sign on the front and the white letters "E.E.E." going straight down on the back, along with black kneepads and wrestling boots.

Personality: Eric is a big believer in conducting "business," having been born to two parents who were big business people and owned a large corporation. Eric has patterned his "winner take all" attitude after his parents, and sees wrestling as simply another opportunity to make "more acquistions" for his personal gain.

Finishing move: The Transaction (Pedigree)

Personal/smart info: As Eric himself would put it, in his spare time, he "conducts business." And that's all he'll let you know. :)

Biography: Eric is a big believer in conducting "business," having been born to two parents who were big business people and owned a large corporation. Eric has patterned his "winner take all" attitude after his parents, and sees wrestling as simply another opportunity to make "more acquistions" for his personal gain. Eric first joined NBW as an ally of the Smooth Talkers, and rose to become the promotion' U.S. champion. He lost the title to Dredd, and became obssessed with taking him out for that. As a result, he fired the Smooth Talkers, and enlisted the help of Insurance, Fast Lane and the Intern, as well as Rob Sampson, and became a member of an MHW faction who was out to take over the NBW. This led to a massive beatdown on Dredd, as well as beatdowns on other wrestlers. However, over time, Insurance resented the domineering attitude of Eric Edwards, and the two split after Insurance lost to the Ego Buster. Edwards then had more headaches after the Intern disappeared, and Fast Lane found themselves dealing with the returning Smooth Talkers, now called Strictly Business. Ultimately, Eric and Fast Lane disappeared after Fast Lane lost the tag team titles to The Underdogs. After all these years, Eric Edwards has returned with a vengeance, and plans to make life for GXW wrestlers as miserable as possible, as he begins his quest to "acquire wealth" in the GXW, even if it comes from President Chad Dupree.

My thoughts on Eric Edwards: Eric is certainly inspired by Ted DiBiase, one of my favorite heels of all time. He's a little more modern, so to speak, on his style, always incorporating big business stuff into his interviews and approaches. He's a character I wish I had a little more time to work with, though, because I think he has a lot of possibilities I haven't even tapped into yet.
